Frequently asked questions
What do the 300 trial credits cover?
One full cycle on a real product: a standard-format analysis at 60 credits and a notification readiness check at 100. That leaves 140 credits, around 17 questions to an AI expert. Questions about the report cost nothing, up to 10 per report. A new analysis, including a re-check after your corrections, costs its own credits. Trial credits are valid for 12 months, and there is one trial per company, on the VAT number.
What are credits and how do I use them?
One credit balance you spend across every module, however you like: a label review, a question to an expert, and every module added to the suite over time. Each action shows its credit cost before you confirm it.
Do credits expire?
All credits, the 300 trial credits included, stay valid for 12 months from the date you get them, and they add up month over month.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Both plans open every module. The yearly plan gives you two months free and locks your price for twelve months.
How does VAT and invoicing work for companies?
We work B2B and prices exclude VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge, and clients outside Romania are invoiced without VAT. You receive a proper invoice for every purchase.
Can I add credits mid-cycle?
Yes. Buy a one-off top-up at any time, on any plan, and use it for 12 months.
